RPM Rollforming Ltd., has recently been acquired by Formroll of Canada. The name, location and key personnel have not changed. Mr. Joseph Giannini has assumed the Vice President position, overseeing the entire operations.

This acquisition and change of management will allow RPM Rollforming Ltd., to provide its customers a broader product line and a greater level of service. With a commitment to pursuing new and the latest of technology, we will be able to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, moving forward.

The founder of RPM Rollforming Ltd., Mr. Gunter Berdan, will continue to play a strong role in the development of custom products and IG components, with exacting specifications.
